PTSBC Member of the Year Award - Deadline October 10th, 2025 @ 12pm

Do you know a member who is making a difference in pharmacy practice, patient care or advocacy for Pharmacy Technicians? Maybe that Technician, is you? Submit an entry for yourself, Submit an entry for someone else. Candidates must be an active PTSBC member. PTSBC would like to recognize a member for their commitment to professionalism through excellence in pharmacy practice. Nominate a Pharmacy Technician or Assistant who has taken pharmacy professionalism to the next level.

Professionalism can be displayed in any number of ways, and would include anything that contributes to enhancing the role of pharmacy technicians. Whether it is someone who inspires peers to raise standards and advance pharmacy technician practice, participates in the creation of educational opportunities and professional development that promote pharmacy technical practice, demonstrates leadership and excellence in work performance, promotes health and wellness in their community, utilizes pharmacy services to improve the health of patients, solves problems and creates new practice opportunities, or even someone who is passionate about the advancement of pharmacy technical practice, with active involvement in professional organizations that advances initiatives and advocates on behalf of the profession.

The PTSBC Director will announce the PTSBC Pharmacy Technician/Assistant Member of the Year on October 25th, 2025. The honoree will receive a $300 cash award; registration to attend the next PTSBC Pharmacy Technician conference; a one-night accommodation at the conference venue for the upcoming year along with a certificate during the AGM at the Annual PTSBC Conference.
