BIO: Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia.  She is currently working on her coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation. Melanie brings an innovative approach to leadership development from her many years of experience working as an educator and instructional designer.  She is a client partner for the People Development team, where she coaches leaders, supports the MyLearning platform, and coordinates and facilitates the Clear Leadership program.
