A natural bridge builder between people, ideas, and possibilities, Stephanie brings over 10 years of experience working with leaders and groups to generate individual and collective flourishing at work. Currently, Stephanie is a Client Partner on the People Development team at Fraser Health Authority, where she leads the Coaching Services portfolio and delivers a variety of leadership development programs and courses. Stephanie holds a MSc in Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology from the University of East London where she conducted research in the areas of group coaching and positive relationships at work.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Education and a Master of Educational Technology from the University of British Columbia. She is currently working on her coaching credentials through the International Coaching Federation. Melanie brings an innovative approach to leadership development from her many years of experience working as an educator and instructional designer. She is a client partner for the People Development team, where she coaches leaders, supports the MyLearning platform, and coordinates and facilitates the Clear Leadership program.
